Shipping & returns

SHIPPING

We use FedEx and UPS delivery and ship to Canada and the US. Duties are charged to all consumers outside Canada by the proper athorities. All stock items are shipped via the shipper you have selected. During the payment process, shipping rates for your order are automatically added once the delivery address specified. Shipping rates are based on the weight or size of the package, whichever is higher. Shipping can be increased at any time and further increases can be added. If the product ordered is in stock, we will make every effort to ship your order within 4 working days of receiving your payment. We ship Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, excluding holidays. During the period of Christmas and New Year's Day, please note that the time may be longer due to the very large number of orders that we should treat this time of year.

 

RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES ONLINE

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact one of our sales consultants in customer service at 1-800-667-3480.

1. All damaged goods in transit or discrepancy of order must be settled with our customer service at 1-800-667-3480 ext. 27 or at serviceweb@jacque-champoux.ca within 24 hours of reception.

2. You have 30 days from the delivery of the goods to return your product.

3. You must obtain a return authorization number and ship the product or return it to our store at Champoux Ste-Agathe-des-Monts.

Before returning a product from jacque-champoux.ca, you must obtain a return number. You should contact one of our sales consultants at our web customer service from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 (EST) at 1-800-667-3480 ext. 27 or at serviceweb@jacque-champoux.ca.

The return number must be visible on the box. Print a copy of your electronic invoice and include it with the item to be returned inside of your parcel. Items are to be returned and shipped via regular parcel prepaid and insured. Insuring your shipment allows you to track your parcel. You are liable for the item you are returning until its arrival at our warehouse.

The returned product must be accompanied by all packaging materials, accessories, labels and other items included in the original shipment, otherwise the return may be refused or we may charge you a restocking fee of 30 % of the value of the item.

SWIMWEAR, UNDERWEAR, BRAS AND CYCLING SHORTS:

For hygienic reasons, there are no returns or refunds on these items.

RETURN FEE:

If you return an item for any reason, transport fees will be at your expense. To ship your return, you can use your own label or the one provided by your delivery company and mark the return address as follow:

If you have received a product that you did not ordered, we will take care of the shipping fees. You must phone us at 1-800-667-3480 ext. 27 or email us at serviceweb@jacque-champoux.ca.

4. Check your emails

We will confirm the arrival of your package and keep you informed by email. We do generally process returns within a period of 3 to 5 business days after the package has arrived. During the period of Christmas and New Year's Day, please note that delays may be longer due to the very large number of orders during that period. Before contacting us for questions related to reimbursement or repair please verify with your carrier that your parcel has been delivered.

5. Online returns

If you only want to exchange a product, you must return your item and order a new one on our website. However, you must obtain a return number from our sales consultants from our web customer service from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 (EST) at 1-800-667-3480 ext. 27 or serviceweb@jacque-champoux.ca.

SWIMWEAR, UNDERWEAR AND CYCLING SHORTS:

For hygienic reasons, there are no returns or refunds on these items.

ALPINE SKIS, SNOWBOARDS, SKI BOOTS AND SNOWBOARD:

All these products are warranted by a one year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. If a product you purchased is defective within this period, upon presentation of proof of purchase we will repair it, replace it or refund you. Please note warranties do not cover breakage or damage to the product resulting from customer abuse.

 

IN STORE RETURNS AND / OR EXCHANGES OF CHAMPOUX OF SAINTE-AGATHE-DES-MONTS OR SAINT-SAUVEUR

Upon presentation of your original cash receipt, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange the new merchandise, not used in its original packaging. Any refund will be made in the same form as the original payment.

The returned product must be accompanied by all of its packaging, accessories, labels and other items included in the original shipment, otherwise the return may be refused or we may charge you 30% value of the item.

SWIMSUITS, UNDERWEAR, BOLTS AND BICYCLES

For hygiene reasons, there is no return or refund on these items.

Alpine skis, snowboards, ski boots and boards All these products have a one year warranty from the manufacturer after the date of purchase of the product. If a product you purchased is defective or breaks during normal use within that period, upon presentation of proof of purchase we will repair, replace or refund you as appropriate.
Please note that warranties do not cover breakage and damage resulting from improper use of the product.
